I recently stayed at the Banana Bungalow in Hollywood for a few nights. As a tourist, I found the hotel to be in a great location for visiting LA's landmarks. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere had a great community vibe. They even organized entertainment like basketball, football, fussball, and ping pong, which added to the fun. The rooms were cozy with a small kitchenette, and the maids were nice and non-intrusive. The price was excellent for the value and location, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the Walk of Fame and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. We didn't have to spend much on transportation as the red metro line was just 5 minutes away from the hostel. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a pool table, foosball, table tennis board, and even a small basketball court. We enjoyed the free breakfast provided each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer our questions and provide suggestions for activities and sightseeing.

Had an awesome time during Christmas at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the action. The free city tour was a highlight, got to see all the famous landmarks. The tiki garden was a great spot to relax and catch some sun.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The air conditioning didn't work well, so it was sometimes hotter inside the room than outside.

As youngsters, we loved the convenient location near bus stops, metro train stations, and freeway access. The hostel/hotel combination provided entertainment with table tennis, soccer table, and basketball hoops. The social evenings, including a free BBQ and drinks, were a great way to meet people. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

I had a great time staying in this hotel with my friends. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping places, everything in Hollywood, and even a really cool night club that we wouldn't normally have known about. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided good service. Although breakfast was decent, the highlight was the tacos and drinks night where we had so much fun and met cool people. The backyard was a nice place to relax. staying here made our trip convenient and enjoyable.
